What is the LCPO Connected Services Trials Program?
As part of the standard services and benefits offered by Lexus Certified Pre-Owned, select LCPO vehicles include a 12-month Connected Services trial. Depending on the vehicle, model year, the trial may include Safety Connect and/or Remote Connect*.
* Lexus Connected Services depend on certain factors outside of Lexus's control in order to operate, including compatible cellular network availability, a cellular connection and GPS signal. Without any one or more of these things, operability may be limited or precluded, including access to response center and emergency support. Services vary by vehicle and are subject to change at any time without notice. Select vehicles may have other capable connected services. Lexus is not responsible for cellular network discontinuance. What are the benefits of the LCPO Connected Services Trials Program?
This program gives vehicle owners with eligible LCPO vehicles the chance to experience a 12-month trial of certain Connected Services varied by Multimedia generation.
ELIGIBILITY
Do all Lexus pre-owned vehicles get LCPO Connected Services trial?
The LCPO Connected Services trial is available for Lexus Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles that meet the eligibility criteria. To learn more about the eligibility criteria, contact your nearest Lexus dealership.
What options do I have if my LCPO vehicle does not meet the eligibility requirements?
For LCPO vehicles that do not meet LCPO Connected Services trial eligibility requirements, vehicle owners may purchase a Connected Services subscription via the Lexus app. Service availability varies by vehicle and trim level.

How do I enroll for my LCPO Connected Services trials?
LCPO vehicle owners can enroll in their Connected Services trial by completing self-enrollment via the Lexus app**.

How long does it take before I can enroll for my LCPO Connected Services trials?
In most instances, LCPO vehicle owners can enroll for their LCPO Connected Services trial upon purchasing the vehicle†. However, in some cases it can take up to 4 weeks for your trial to be activated. Lexus Canada will send you an email once you can enroll to your 12-months trial of Safety Connect and/or Remote Connect (trial varies by multimedia generation). Drive Connect and Destination assist is not included in the LCPO Connected Services trial program.
If your vehicle is enrolled prior to LCPO Connected Services trial activation, the vehicle will be automatically removed from your Lexus app and will need to be re-enrolled again in order to use your LCPO Connected Services trials.
† All trials begin on the date of purchase or lease of an eligible LCPO and include at least 12 months of trial. Where an eligible LCPO has trial time remaining from the original purchase or lease of that vehicle, then the LCPO Connected Services trial for that vehicle shall be the greater of the two periods – either the remaining new vehicle trial time or 12 months.
Why do I have less than 12 months included Connected Services trial time for some services?
In some instances, it can take up to 4 weeks for your trial to be activated and you will receive a confirmation email from Lexus Canada that your Connected Services trials are active.
If the vehicle is enrolled in the Lexus app prior to receiving this confirmation email, you will see the remaining trials from the original vehicle purchase.
Drive Connect and Destination assist is not included in the LCPO Connected Services trial program.
I received an email from Lexus notifying me that my services have been cancelled, what does that mean?
If the vehicle is enrolled in the Lexus app prior to receiving the activation email, Lexus will send a cancellation email to inform there was a change in your account. Once the customer receives a confirmation email that trials are active, they can then re-enroll their vehicle to utilize their full LCPO Connected Services trials.
How do I know which Connected Services trials I have available?
After enrollment, you can view your available trials by selecting shop in your Lexus app and clicking “Manage subscription” button.

What if I don’t have the Lexus App, can I still use Connected Services trial?
To enjoy your Connected Services, the vehicle owner must have downloaded the Lexus app, successfully enrolled and have a registered account‡.
